Using a Positive Displacement Flow Meter
The KEPtrol R/T can accept pulse or mA input signals from many different flow devices. In this application a 12 volt pulse input is being used to provide a display of rate and total. Separate K-factors can be used for the rate and total displays. this means, for example, that the rate could be displayed in gallons per minute and the total in barrels. All field transmitters can be powered from the KEPtrol R/T. Pulse, mA, and relay output signals are provided.
