Product(s) that are received altered, damaged, not working, missing mounting hardware or that have the serial number altered may not be credited. 2) Restocking charges may apply. Distributors should also refer to their Distributor Agreement for applicable conditions of credit. 3) Please reference the RGA on the outside of the box and accompanying paperwork. Product(s) received without an authorized RGA # will be returned and credit will not be issued. 4) Shipping charges are not reimburseable or refundable.
