New Text-to-Speech (TTS) functionality lets Windows
XP users read a string tag over speakers, into a PA
system, or through a telephone mode. Infilink's SpeakOut
command scripting prompts you to insert text and repetitions.

| For the TTS function, Infilink 4.04 uses TAPI to dial a modem,
accept DTMF (touch tone) input, and play TTS over the
modem. By using a tag group name as a parameter to a
command, Infilink also allows the user to work with
multiple phone lines. Other useful and popular features of the new Infilink
include trend printing, transparent bitmap masking,
gradient fill and polygon transparency, SendKeys scripting,
and much more.

| New Features on Select MMI Operator Interfaces |
|
 Some models of KEP's MMI series touchscreens are now available
with an optional 10BaseT Ethernet (Modbus TCP/IP) connection,
and a Compact Flash memory option (available only on
units with Ethernet option). The units with Ethernet
support the Modbus TCP/IP protocol. Contact KEP for
more detail on specific units and availability.
