More and more users are seeking to communicate with their instruments over their LAN network, or the Internet, to provide real-time access to information.

A detailed application note from KEP's application engineering staff explains how to implement a remote monitoring system using a common, open communication protocol. This field configuration can be used in conjunction with the Supertrol II to provide an IP address connection via a Modbus TCP data exchange over the LAN, or to a remote PC over the Internet.
